It is nautical barbecue to be placed on a support, it operates with butane or propane gas without volcanic stone, potstone or cast iron plate. The cooking, obtained with the heat radiation of the cover flames consisting of 3 branches of the burner, is uniform and homogeneous. Cooking juices are kept in a extractable tray, in which you can add water to prevent cooking smells. IT IS ALL IN STAINLESS STEEL 18/10 with or without safety-valve and fixing bracket. This nautical barbecue is made entirely of stainless steel. |
