Professional FRYTOP universal gas with two independent cooking zones, super-efficient hotplates, safetyvalve, pilot flame, piezoelectric ignition, with or without thermostat, extractable sauce tray, dual control for heating differentiated. In the version with thermostat the temperature is regulated in order to obtain a minimum from 90°C to a maximum of 300°C.
